Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates and store staff to ensure high performance and strong teamwork.
Assign daily tasks, duty rosters, and schedules to maintain smooth store operations.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards.
Support new staff onboarding and ongoing skill development.
Monitor daily sales performance and work with the team to achieve store targets.
Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely support.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal as per brand guidelines.
Maintain strong product knowledge of all laptop models, mobile handsets, smartwatches, and related accessories.
Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and technology trends to guide customers effectively.
Monitor stock levels regularly and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse teams for timely replenishment.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Store Supervisor
Bachelor’s Degree required
Age: Below 35
Male/Female
Preferred: Arabic or Indian nationals (English, Arabic, and Hindi speakers preferred)
