Job Description

We are urgently looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Thane West. The ideal candidate will be the crucial link between our sales team, clients, and internal departments, ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, managing schedules, preparing quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and coordination. Handle email and phone correspondence professionally.
Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders from entry to delivery, coordinating with logistics, dispatch, and accounts departments.
Documentation: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, purchase orders, and invoices. Ensure all documentation is accurate and filed systematically.
Reporting: Assist in generating daily/weekly sales reports, track sales targets, and maintain activity logs for the sales team.
Coordination: Liaise between the sales team, marketing, supply chain, and warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
Meeting & Follow-ups: Schedule meetings, prepare necessary presentation materials, and ensure timely follow-up on pending actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or admin support role. Freshers with excellent skills may be considered.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
Experience with CRM software or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
