Salary: Up to AED 3,500 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Staff member to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and preferably experience with the Dubai Trade portal. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist in managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth communication.
Maintain and update records, databases, and office documentation.
Support logistics and trade-related documentation, especially involving Dubai Trade portal processes (if experienced).
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing office activities.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
Experience: Previous office administration experience is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Advantage:
Experience using the Dubai Trade portal or similar trade/documentation systems.
