About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, performant mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to build beautiful, user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build sophisticated, scalable, and highly reliable applications using the Flutter framework.
Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and object-oriented principles.
Integrate with backend services, RESTful APIs, and third-party libraries to deliver seamless functionality.
Implement and manage features using Firebase services (e.g., Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Analytics).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs, and work on performance optimization to ensure a smooth user experience.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements & Skills:

Strong experience in mobile application development using the Flutter framework and Dart.
Proven proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs and integrating various third-party libraries and packages.
Solid hands-on experience with Firebase ecosystem and its core services for backend functionality.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git.
Experience with publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
