Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with company policies. The role involves supervising staff, monitoring workflows, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.

Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.

Monitor inventory, equipment, and operational resources as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant experience in operations, supervision, or team leadership.
