Job Summary:

The Van Salesman is responsible for selling and delivering products directly to customers using a company vehicle. This role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely delivery and collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned routes and customers to promote and sell company products
Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers on time
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Identify new sales opportunities and develop new customers
Maintain good relationships with existing clients
Collect payments (cash/cheque) and ensure proper documentation
Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and receipts
Ensure proper display and merchandising of products at customer locations (if required)
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery van
Report daily sales activities, collections, and stock status
Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions

Requirements:

High School or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in van sales (preferably in FMCG or trading companies)
Valid UAE driving license (manual)
Good knowledge of local routes and market
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
Basic math and cash handling skills
