Job Summary

The QA/QC Engineer develops, implements, and monitors quality management systems to ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and applicable regulations. The role involves inspections, testing, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures.
Review project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and completed work.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
Monitor compliance with quality standards, codes, and regulations.
Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement, and project teams.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing and inspection equipment.
Analyze quality data and recommend process improvements.
Verify that subcontractors and suppliers meet quality requirements.
Support client inspections and regulatory audits.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2–10 years of experience in QA/QC, depending on the position level.
Knowledge of quality management systems and inspection procedures.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
