Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Professional

Job Summary:

The HR Professional is responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role ensures a positive work environment and supports organizational goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Support performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
Facilitate employee engagement and retention initiatives
Assist in organizational planning and workforce management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR or a similar role
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in HR or MBA (HR)
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
Experience in talent management and organizational development

Working Conditions:

Office-based role with regular interaction with employees and management
Standard working hours, with occasional additional hours during recruitment drives or HR initiatives
