Job Description: Sales Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Interns to support our sales and business development team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in customer communication, lead generation, sales activities, and business development.

Assist the sales team with daily sales and business development activities.
Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.
Support lead generation through online research, social media, networking, and other channels.
Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other sales materials.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
Update and maintain customer and lead information in CRM systems or company databases.
Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
Help understand customer requirements and communicate them to the relevant team.
Track sales activities, leads, and follow-ups and prepare basic reports.
Conduct market and competitor research when required.
Participate in training sessions to develop sales and communication skills.
Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Supervisor.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
Strong willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
