HR Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Human Resources and eager to grow within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.
Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Monitor HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Support performance management and other HR projects as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
