The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by expanding our footprint within the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel and catering companies. You will be the face of our premium brands, building lasting relationships and providing best-in-class solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Proactively drive sales and achieve targets by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
Product Presentation: Expertly present, promote, and demonstrate our portfolio of high-quality food, beverage, and equipment products to potential and existing clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate competitive pricing, contracts, and supply agreements to maximize profitability and ensure mutual benefit.
Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and reports to sales management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the F&B, HoReCa, or FMCG sectors.
Network: An existing client network within the UAE hospitality sector is a significant advantage.
Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is essential for this role.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Professional demeanor and a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to understand and articulate technical product benefits (training on our specific products will be provided).
