Job Title: Assistant HR

Job Summary:

The Assistant HR supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, and ensures smooth HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
Handle employee documentation such as contracts, leave records, and ID cards.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support performance appraisal and training activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
