The Senior Accountant Manager leads core accounting operations with a focus on technical accuracy and operational excellence. This role combines hands-on accounting expertise with team leadership, overseeing key functions including account reconciliations, financial statements, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings 7-10 years of accounting experience, strong technical skills, and a proven track record of maintaining high professional standards while driving process improvements.
Key Responsabilities
Financial Reporting
- Prepare accurate financial statements
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with standards
Reconciliation & Operations
- Oversee account reconciliations and bank statements
- Manage monthly closing and journal entries
Compliance & Process
- Maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance
- Streamline accounting procedures and controls
- Strong understanding of compliance and financial integration processes under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Team & Collaboration
- Lead accounting team and review deliverables
- Partner with departments on financial matters
Qualifications:
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
- Experience: 7–10 years in accounting, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting principles, regulations, software, and advanced Excel.
- Leadership & Analytical Abilities: Strong team management, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Professional Attributes: High integrity, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
