Key Responsibility Areas
Lead and support Regional Managers with strategic guidance in achieving revenue, margin, and customer experience targets
Monitor regional sales performance, develop action plans, drive business, customer trends, and KPIs
Collaborate with top management on planning, reporting, and expansion strategies
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development and sales planning across regions
Ensure standards, customer experience, and operational consistency across locations
Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and audit requirements
Deliver regular sales forecasts, analysis, and reports to executive leadership
What we are looking for:
8-10 years in jewellery retail, including experience as a Country Manager
Excellent product knowledge and communication skills and reporting skills
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques, and the coordination of people and resources.
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
