Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate with strong leadership skills, solid experience in fashion/retail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic to engage with a diverse clientele. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a strong brand presence on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet, assist, and advise customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide personalized styling recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
✔ Product & Brand Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, trends, and promotions.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and care instructions.
✔ Store Operations:
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing merchandise.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
✔ Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Support and mentor junior team members to enhance performance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet store goals.
- Assist in training new hires on sales techniques and store policies.
✔ Communication & Relationship Building:
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Communicate effectively in English and Arabic to cater to diverse customers.
Requirements & Skills:
✅ Proven experience in fashion/retail sales (1-3 years preferred).
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
✅ Passion for fashion and staying updated on industry trends.
