Job Title: Foreman

Reports To: Project Manager, Superintendent, or Site Supervisor

Job Location: Construction sites, factories, warehouses, or other work environments

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of workers, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
Train and mentor new employees on job duties and safety procedures.
Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

Project Coordination:

Ensure work is completed according to project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Report progress to supervisors and address any delays or issues.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce workplace safety regulations (OSHA, company policies, etc.).
Conduct safety meetings and inspections to prevent accidents.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Quality Control:

Inspect work to ensure it meets industry standards and client expectations.
Identify and correct defects or deficiencies in materials or workmanship.

Equipment & Materials Management:

Oversee the use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and vehicles.
Ensure materials are available and properly stored.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain logs, reports, and records (attendance, work hours, incidents).
Review blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
