Job Summary:
We are hiring a QA/QC Inspector – Civil with a strong background in quality assurance and control for civil and architectural works. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in site inspections, material testing, and UAE authority compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily quality inspections on-site for civil and architectural works.
- Perform and verify material testing procedures and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Coordinate and monitor authority inspections and ensure all required approvals are obtained.
- Verify that all preliminary activities are completed before clearing the next stage of work.
- Ensure Post-Tension systems and other structural requirements meet design and quality standards.
- Prepare and implement project-specific QA/QC checklists and inspection procedures.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project management for quality-related matters.
- Identify and report non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in Quality Control / Site Inspections.
- At least 3 years of experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of UAE authority inspection procedures.
- Familiar with construction sequences and multi-trade coordination.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Note: Immediate joiners with UAE experience are preferred.
