Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our fast-growing bakery chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, increasing retail and online customer engagement, and driving business growth across UAE and international markets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar across all markets and platforms.
Brand Development & Awareness
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Build strong brand equity through compelling storytelling, design, and campaigns.
Retail & Online Footfall Growth
- Execute campaigns to boost footfall in retail outlets.
- Increase online traffic and conversion rates through performance marketing, content creation, and SEO.
Digital Marketing
- Lead all digital initiatives including social media, email marketing, paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.), influencer collaborations, and content development.
- Oversee website and mobile app marketing with a focus on UX optimization and e-commerce performance.
Traditional & Offline Marketing
- Plan and manage offline marketing efforts such as print ads, POS displays, mall promotions, events, and community outreach.
- Coordinate with mall management, media partners, and event organizers to maximize brand exposure.
Market Expansion & International Marketing
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis for UAE and new international markets.
- Develop localized campaigns tailored to different cultural and consumer dynamics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and ROI across channels.
- Analyze customer insights and use data to refine strategy and optimize marketing spend.
Team & Agency Management
- Lead and mentor the internal marketing team.
- Manage relationships with creative, digital, and media agencies to ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location, and multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
