Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and visa processing (both free zone and mainland). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to streamline the selection process.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (documentation, orientation, system access).
- Ensure a smooth exit process for departing employees (clearance, final settlements, visa cancellations).
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Bayzat).
3. Visa & Government Relations
- Handle employee visa processing (new applications, renewals, cancellations) for free zone & mainland.
- Stay updated on UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
- Liaise with PRO and government authorities (Tasheel, GDRFA, MOHRE) for document submissions.
4. Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee files (electronic & physical).
- Process HR-related documents (leaves, attendance, promotions, transfers).
- Assist in medical insurance enrollment and claims processing.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics).
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
6. Employee Relations & Support
- Serve as a point of contact for basic HR inquiries.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
