Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Hostess/Waitress/Head Waitress with experience in the UAE’s dynamic hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, smooth restaurant operations, and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
For Hostess:
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements.
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with servers and management for seamless guest flow.
For Waitress:
- Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials.
- Ensure tables are set properly and maintain cleanliness.
- Address guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
For Head Waitress:
- Supervise waitstaff and assist in training new employees.
- Monitor dining operations and ensure high service standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Act as a liaison between guests, staff, and management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes in the UAE.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with UAE dining trends and customer preferences.
- Team leadership experience (for Head Waitress role).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends/holidays.
