Job Objective:

To proactively engage with ITI institutions and representatives across India, introducing Aquarius Worldwide and scheduling Google Meet appointments for the Placement Executive based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach:
Make 50–60 outbound calls daily to ITI colleges, training institutes, and placement officers.
Introduce Aquarius Worldwide and present the opportunity to collaborate in placing ITI graduates internationally.
Meeting Coordination:
Persuasively schedule 10–12 Google Meetings per day with relevant stakeholders.
Confirm all meeting details including time, date, and contact person.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain an organized daily spreadsheet tracking:
Number of calls made
Outcomes of each call
Meetings scheduled and confirmed
Submit a daily performance report summarizing activity and results.
Professional Conduct:
Follow company-approved talking points and call scripts.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
Represent Aquarius Worldwide with integrity and accuracy.

· Posters

Assist the marketing team in making relevant posters whenever required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Daily Call Volume: 50–60 outbound calls
Meetings Scheduled: 10–12 confirmed Google Meet appointments per day
Reporting Accuracy: Daily logs and reports must be complete, accurate, and timely

Requirements:

Proven experience in telecalling, client engagement, or inside sales roles.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Comfortable working with Google Meet, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
Highly organized with attention to detail and time management.
Good experience in tools like adobe photoshop, Canva and AI tolls helpful in making of posters.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (preferably business, marketing, or communication).
Familiarity with vocational/technical training institutes (ITI) is an advantage.
Prior experience in recruitment or education sector outreach is a plus.
