Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR compliance, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about people operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communications and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support the onboarding process for new hires (preparing documents, orientation logistics).
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files).
- Assist with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry and audits.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics (attendance, turnover, etc.).
Employee Engagement
- Help organize company events, training sessions, and wellness programs.
- Assist in employee surveys and feedback collection.
Compliance & Policies
- Support HR in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with audits and documentation for legal requirements.
General HR Support
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Participate in HR projects (diversity initiatives, process improvements).
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is a plus.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
