Position Overview: Indoor Sales Executive

Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 8–9 hours/day

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Owner

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to join our team. You’ll be the front face of our sales efforts—responding to inquiries, sharing product information, following up with clients, and ensuring a seamless purchase experience from interest to delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Communication

Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, and email
Share product info, pricing, and custom options tailored to client needs
Follow up on leads and develop strong customer relationships

Sales Management & Coordination

Record and maintain client communication and orders in CRM/Google Sheets
Liaise with accounts and logistics for seamless processing and delivery
Prepare quotations, invoices, and share product mockups

Product Knowledge & Upselling

Advise clients on product features across mirrors, wall art, furniture, and frames
Recommend relevant add-ons to enhance sales value

Team Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with showroom and sales team for inventory and lead management
Update sales trackers, share insights, and suggest improvements

✅ Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in home décor or trading companies
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, social media tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
Organized, detail-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups
Professional, friendly, and client-oriented mindset

🔧 Additional Competencies

Customer Service & Sales

Minimum 1 year of experience in indoor/retail sales
Confident closing skills and interpersonal rapport building
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Basic Computer Proficiency

Typing accuracy and speed
POS system familiarity
Comfortable with browsers, email, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

Time Management

Punctual and dependable
Strong organization to manage multiple client inquiries and product details

Teamwork & Flexibility

Cooperative and open to working on weekends or holidays
Adaptable to changing tasks in a fast-paced environment
