We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Commercial Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and a deep understanding of the manufacturing, FMCG, or marketing services industries. This role will be key in providing financial insights, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to guide business strategy.
- Partner with business and commercial teams to evaluate investments, pricing models, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
- Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives.
- Support strategic planning and long-term financial modeling.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on FP&A experience.
- Prior exposure to the manufacturing, FMCG, or marketing services sectors is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
