The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market, with a proven track record in selling off-plan properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and referrals
- Maintain a strong pipeline of clients and manage the full sales cycle
- Conduct property tours and consultations with potential buyers
- Provide accurate information on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities
- Prepare and process necessary documentation related to property transactions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate regulations, market trends, and project launches
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Proven success in off-plan property sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client relationship and closing abilities
- Must be based in Dubai and available to join immediatelu
