l Mawrid Printing & Advertising LLC is seeking an experienced Spot UV Screen Printer to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UV printing, with hands-on experience operating Sakurai or similar UV printing machines. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality Spot UV printing results and maintaining machine efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Spot UV screen printing machines (preferably Sakurai).
- Prepare screens, inks, and materials as per job requirements.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure top-quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of UV machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues during production.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Maintain records of jobs completed and materials used.
- Follow safety and quality standards strictly.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Spot UV Screen Printer.
- Hands-on experience with UV machines, especially Sakurai models.
- Strong knowledge of screen printing processes and materials.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
