Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals across various technologies and domains.
Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
Work on W2 and C2C requirements effectively.
Requirements:
Experience required is 3-5 years in US IT Recruitment.
The candidate must be located in India and be willing to work according to the East Coast or Central Time Zone.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry.
Strong knowledge of different visa types, including H1B, GC, USC, and EAD.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup.
