Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Coordinate benefits, payroll support, and performance management initiatives
- Assists HR Manager in Operational audits and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2+ years HR experience in the UAE, preferably in service provider firms or the related industry
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for team-building and employee engagement
