Job Description: Key Responsibilities
As our Quality Control Specialist, you will be the critical final checkpoint before a vehicle is returned to our valued customers. Your keen eye for detail and deep technical knowledge will be essential in upholding our promise of excellence.
Your key duties will include:
- Final Vehicle Inspection: Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery inspections on all serviced and repaired vehicles, covering mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic work.
- Diagnostic Verification: Verify that all diagnostic trouble codes have been properly addressed and cleared, and that no new issues have been introduced.
- Test Driving: Perform structured test drives to assess vehicle performance, including engine operation, braking, steering, transmission, and alignment, ensuring no unusual noises or behaviors are present.
- Workmanship Audit: Meticulously audit the quality of repairs and installations, ensuring all work complies with manufacturer specifications and workshop procedures.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all QC inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken. Generate daily quality reports for management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues or trends in workshop errors and provide constructive feedback to the Service Manager and technicians to drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Satisfaction: Act as the last line of defense in ensuring the vehicle is clean, free of damage, and functions perfectly, directly contributing to a superior customer experience.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to the highest safety standards, protecting both our clients and our team.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in automotive repair, technical diagnosis, or a dedicated quality control role within a workshop environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, scanners, and workshop equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with technicians and management.
- A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
