AI (Artificial Intelligence) Architect
Job Summary:
The AI Architect is a visionary and technical leader responsible for designing and implementing the organization's enterprise AI strategy. This role involves identifying opportunities for AI/ML to drive business value, selecting appropriate technologies, and architecting scalable solutions for data ingestion, model training, and deployment. The AI Architect will work across business units to transform data into intelligent capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the overall AI/ML architecture and technology roadmap for the organization.
- Design and build end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection and preparation to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Select and implement appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Lead proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions.
- Establish MLOps practices to automate the ML lifecycle and ensure model governance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to deliver AI-powered applications.
- Ensure AI solutions are ethical, explainable, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years in software or data architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and frameworks (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML, TensorFlow).
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks) and MLOps tools.
