Senior PMO Analyst - Venue Technology
Job Summary:
The Senior PMO Analyst for Venue Technology is a specialized role focused on providing high-level project management support for the venue technology delivery portfolio. This role ensures that all venue projects adhere to governance standards, are properly resourced, and are reported on accurately. The role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges of venue-based technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain the project management framework, methodologies, and templates specifically for the venue technology portfolio.
- Provide expert guidance and support to Venue Technology Project Managers.
- Monitor and report on the overall health, status, and risks of the venue technology project portfolio.
- Facilit resource planning and capacity management for the venue technology team.
- Manage the project governance process, including stage gates and project board meetings.
- Maintain the project portfolio documentation and repository.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role, with direct experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction technology projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Proficiency with PPM tools like Jira Align, Clarity, or ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
