Strategic PMO Analyst
Job Summary:
The Strategic PMO Analyst operates at the enterprise level, supporting the organization's most critical, high-value strategic initiatives. This role focuses on portfolio-level reporting, benefits realization, and strategic alignment, providing insights to senior leadership to aid in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on the performance and strategic alignment of the entire IT project portfolio.
- Develop and manage the benefits realization framework to track the value delivered by strategic projects.
- Support the annual project portfolio planning and budgeting process.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports for the CIO and senior leadership team.
- Conduct strategic risk analysis and identify interdependencies between major projects.
- Facilitate portfolio-level reviews and steering committee meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in a strategic PMO, management consulting, or business strategy role.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with experience in benefits management and business case development.
- Expert-level skills in data analysis, visualization, and executive communication.
- Proficiency with advanced features of PPM tools and Microsoft Excel.
