PMO Analyst
Job Summary:
The PMO Analyst provides foundational support to the Project Management Office, ensuring the smooth and consistent operation of project governance processes. This role is responsible for maintaining project tools, tracking project data, and supporting project managers with administrative and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Collect, validate, and consolidate project status reports and data from project managers.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and resources against baselines.
- Schedule and provide administrative support for project governance meetings.
- Maintain the central project repository, ensuring all project documentation is filed correctly.
- Assist in the production of standard PMO reports and dashboards.
- Support the development and distribution of PMO templates and process guides.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or junior project management role.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with PPM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Foundational understanding of project management principles (PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation is a plus).
