Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer – Sales to drive our sales initiatives within Dubai's competitive fire and safety industry. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, an extensive network, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and promoting our comprehensive portfolio of fire protection and detection systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients to expand the company's market share.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and present persuasive technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Client & Relationship Management:
- Leverage and expand your existing strong client base and network within Dubai's fire industry.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key clients, contractors, and end-users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Actively engage and build strong relationships with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Present products and systems to consultants to secure approvals and project specifications.
- Technical Expertise & Consultation:
- Provide expert technical advice on fire protection and detection system products to clients and consultants.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their specific project requirements.
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments in the region.
- Provide feedback to management on market needs and potential new product opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 10–15 years of proven sales experience, specifically in selling Fire Protection and Detection Systems within the UAE market.
- Network: A demonstrably strong client base and professional network in Dubai's fire and safety industry is essential.
- Contacts: Established and strong relationships with MEP consultants and major contractors in Dubai.
Mandatory Requirement
- A valid UAE Driving License is required.
