PACT Employment Services, on behalf of a leading Digital Bank in the UAE, is hiring talented professionals for the role of Customer Success Officer / SME Liability Sales under the Business Banking Group.

💼 Position Overview:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire business clients for various business banking products

• Engage with potential clients through open market, referrals, and outbound efforts

• Conduct onboarding — from documentation to platform activation

• Deliver a seamless client onboarding experience and training sessions

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships

• Coordinate with Compliance, Tech, Product, and Sales teams

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports on progress

🎓 Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

✅ 1–3 years of experience in sales, onboarding, or customer success (preferably in FinTech, Banking, or SaaS)

✅ Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills

✅ Hands-on experience using CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot)

✅ Passion for supporting startups and SMEs in the digital space

💰 Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 15,000

📍 Work Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi
