About the Role:
We are looking for a vigilant and proactive Safety Inspector to ensure safe working practices across our aluminium façade projects. The role focuses on site and factory inspections, compliance monitoring, and promoting a culture of safety during façade fabrication and installation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform site and factory inspections to ensure adherence to HSE rules.
• Monitor façade installation, glass handling, lifting, and scaffolding operations.
• Identify hazards, issue safety observations, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Verify proper use of PPE, access platforms, tools, and lifting equipment.
• Report unsafe acts, near misses, and incidents to the Safety Officer .
• Support Toolbox Talks, inductions, and emergency drills.
• Maintain inspection records and assist with safety investigations.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in HSE
• 2–5 years’ experience in construction or façade safety.
• Knowledge of work-at-height and façade installation safety.
• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, observation, and reporting skills.
