The Role
As a Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, playing a pivotal role in creating a memorable and seamless dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional, knowledgeable, and attentive service that reflects the high standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of our authentic Italian dishes and specialties.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to make expert recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and with precision, ensuring all presentation standards are met.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and ensure their complete satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments and ensure a smooth closing to the dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work and dining area.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Proven experience as a Waitress, preferably in a fine dining, hotel, or high-end restaurant.
- Presentable, professional, and well-groomed with a polished appearance.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written). Knowledge of Arabic or Italian is a plus but not required.
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
