📌 Job Purpose:
To ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and premises by effectively monitoring access points, maintaining meticulous records, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform access control duties, including monitoring entry and exit points.
- Maintain visitor gate passes and all log entries in the access control register/sheet with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
- Report any suspicious or unusual activity, security breaches, or incidents to the Security Supervisor immediately.
- Be thoroughly aware of all emergency response procedures, rules, and regulations and be prepared to act upon them.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a firm security posture.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company security policies and procedures.
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a corporate security, defense, or related field.
- Background: A strong background in one of the following is essential:
- Corporate Security
- Defense / Military / Police
- National Cadet Corps (NCC)
- Age: 24 - 35 years.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Skills:
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong observational and reporting skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Good physical fitness and alertness.
