We are urgently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic team. This position is open only to candidates who are currently locally available in the UAE and can join immediately.
📋 Job Description: Kitchen Steward
As a Kitchen Steward, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations, ensuring a clean, hygienic, and organized working environment. Your primary goal is to support the culinary team by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Wash pots, pans, utensils, kitchen equipment, and dishes to the highest hygiene standards.
- Maintenance: Ensure all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and storage areas, are clean and tidy.
- Waste Disposal: Manage and dispose of kitchen waste efficiently and according to established procedures.
- Equipment Handling: Handle cleaning materials and equipment with care, reporting any malfunctions or shortages to the supervisor.
- Stock Support: Assist in receiving and storing supply deliveries.
- Team Support: Provide general support to the chefs and kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company health, safety, and hygiene policies at all times.

- Duty Hours: 12 hours per day
