Job Description: Floor Supervisor
Location: Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai
Venue: New Luxury Latin American Restaurant & Bar
Total Salary: AED 10,000 per month (subject to standard deductions)

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated and service-driven Floor Supervisor to support the management team in delivering a flawless dining experience. You are the critical link between the service staff and management, ensuring our high standards are met at every touchpoint. Your energy, attention to detail, and leadership will be essential in maintaining the vibrant yet refined atmosphere of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence & Supervision:
- Supervise the daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service during shifts.
- Lead by example, providing hands-on support to the service team, including hosts, servers, and runners.
- Oversee table management, seating flow, and section coordination to optimize the guest experience and maximize covers.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings with the service team to communicate updates, specials, and VIP reservations.
Guest Relations:
- Proactively engage with guests throughout their meal, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Welcome and assist in overseeing the experience for VIP guests under the guidance of the Floor Manager.
- Gather guest feedback and report it to management to help drive continuous improvement.
Team Support & Training:
- Assist in the training and development of new and existing service staff on standards, menu knowledge, and sequence of service.
- Provide real-time coaching and support to the team to maintain consistent service quality.
- Support the Floor Manager in administrative tasks, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure the dining area, furniture, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Uphold all company policies, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the full menu, including food, wine, and cocktails, to guide guests and assist the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior server role within a luxury restaurant, upscale hotel, or fine-dining environment.
- Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced service setting.
- Impeccable personal presentation and exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Lightspeed) and reservation platforms.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
