Position Summary
We are looking for two roles to strengthen our HR department: a Human Resources Specialist and a Human Resources Assistant. The successful candidates will be integral in supporting the daily operations of the HR department. You will be responsible for a range of administrative and strategic tasks, including recruitment, employee record management, attendance tracking, and fostering positive employee relations. Key Responsibilities
For Both Roles:
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases (both digital and physical files) with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage daily employee attendance and leave records (sick leave, vacation, etc.).
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing information and resolving issues related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and experience certificates.
- Assist in the organization of company events and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and company policies.
Additional Responsibilities for HR Specialist:
- Take a leading role in the recruitment process for junior to mid-level positions.
- Act as a primary liaison for employee relations, addressing grievances and conducting initial investigations.
- Support the performance management process by tracking appraisals and assisting managers.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
- Generate basic HR reports on metrics like turnover, attendance, and recruitment status.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Mandatory: Saudi National.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- HR Assistant: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous internship or experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus.
- HR Specialist: 1-3 years of previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic. Proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HR software or systems is a strong advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: A positive, professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
