Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage the entire order-to-delivery cycle for customer accounts, including processing orders and coordinating shipments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Sales & Negotiation: Handle contract discussions, pricing, and negotiations to secure profitable deals.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts using MS Excel to track performance against targets.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the logistics and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and resolve any delivery issues.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve products and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA, B.Com, or BBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales or account management role is preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
