About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our key enterprise clients. Your primary mission will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable business growth by aligning our solutions with our clients' strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships.
- Strategic Account Growth: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and business challenges to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by renewing contracts, negotiating expansions, and securing new business within existing accounts.
- Project Oversight: Collaborate with internal project management, technical, and delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects, acting as the client's advocate internally.
- Communication Bridge: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the client and our internal teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans that outline a clear vision for client success and revenue growth.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to both clients and internal leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a B2B Account Management, Key Account Management, or Strategic Sales role.
- Project Management Background: Demonstrable experience or a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are mandatory.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the IT services, software, or technology sector is a strong advantage.
- Negotiation & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-Solver: A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client value.
