Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner in managing our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a specialized focus on hiring for our Sales function. This role is critical in scaling our team with top talent to support our ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding for a variety of roles, with a heavy emphasis on Sales positions.
- Sourcing & Strategy: Utilize multiple channels (Job Portals, Social Media, LinkedIn, Employee Referrals, Headhunting) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Sales and Department Heads to understand hiring needs, define job specifications, and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Data Management & Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the system. Generate MIS and reports on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to streamline the recruitment process and enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: Graduate + Master's degree in HR (MBA / MSW / MLW / PGDM in HR) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of core experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Sales Recruitment: Proven and significant experience in hiring for Sales roles is a mandatory requirement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, major job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong skills in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Joining: Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
