Commis III (Hot Kitchen) – Summary of Responsibilities:
Assists in preparing and cooking hot dishes while maintaining quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. Prepares mise-en-place, ensures ingredient freshness and proper storage (FIFO), and keeps the workstation clean and organized. Supports senior chefs during service, follows food safety and HACCP standards, reports maintenance issues, helps with receiving supplies, and adheres to all company policies and grooming standards.
