About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with specific expertise in the UAE recruitment landscape. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Arabic speaker responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles across the organization, with a focus on sourcing top-tier talent locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, networking) to attract qualified candidates, with a strong focus on the GCC talent pool.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit, skills, and experience.
Manage the candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring a positive and professional process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay updated on UAE labor law and market salary benchmarks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter within the UAE.
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa processes, and recruitment best practices.
Strong network within the UAE/GCC job market.
Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and mainstream ATS.
