About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and contributing to our company's growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and issue invoices, and handle job costing for projects.
- Perform general accounting functions, including ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all financial policies and regulations.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in invoicing, job costing, general accounting, budget preparation, payable, and receivable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP or a similar major accounting software is mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to join immediately (on a short notice period).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
