Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and job offer.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles within the healthcare organization.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Process HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, visa renewals, promotions, and terminations in compliance with UAE labor law.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance records.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics on key metrics (headcount, turnover, recruitment).
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support in fostering a positive work culture and resolving employee relations issues professionally.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition events.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure all HR practices strictly adhere to UAE Federal Labour Law and any relevant healthcare authority regulations (e.g., DHA, DOH, MOH).
- Support in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and handbooks.
- Assist with internal audits and ensure readiness for any external inspections.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, guiding managers and employees through the process.
- Track completion and support in analyzing outcomes for development and succession planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive within the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa/immigration processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR software/systems.
Highly Preferred:
- Prior experience in the healthcare, hospital, or medical clinic environment.
- Understanding of compliance requirements for healthcare professionals (licensing, credentialing).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and empathy.
