Position Details
Job Title: Head Chef
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Salary: €1,800 NET per month
Accommodation: Free accommodation provided (single room)
Minimum Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in professional kitchens
• Proven senior leadership experience as Head Chef / Executive Chef / Senior Sous Chef in a hotel or resort environment
• Strong hands-on experience in buffet operations and high-volume production
• Ability to manage a full kitchen brigade, including:
– Menu planning and production
– Food preparation & presentation
– Hygiene and HACCP controls
– Staff supervision, scheduling & training
• Strong knowledge of:
– Mediterranean cuisine
– International buffet menus
– Asian / Indian / Chinese basics (strong advantage)
– Food cost control and stock management
– Waste reduction and operational efficiency
– Hygiene standards and HACCP procedures
