Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: A 5-star hotel in Jeddah
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Prepare employment contracts, termination letters, and other official employee correspondence.
- Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of monthly payroll.
- Maintain and update employee files with confidentiality and precision.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions.
- Assist in implementing hotel policies and procedures related to human resources.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local regulations.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in:
- Attendance and leave monitoring.
- Preparing official letters and administrative correspondence.
- Payroll preparation.
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in English.
